up-to-date documentation of program activities, including digital records, reports, and success stories.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work/Social Science/Public Health / Nursing / Social Work / Rural development / any other related field from a reputed university / institute.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in primary healthcare or community programs, preferably in Bihar.\nStrong understanding of health department, ICDS, SRLM, and community dynamics, with experience engaging block-level government officials.\nHands-on experience in community mobilization, public health, and grassroots collaboration.\nSkilled in supportive supervision of FLWs, data collection, and stakeholder engagement.\nProven ability to design and conduct training, with excellent communication and networking skills.\nExperience in routine immunization and polio eradication programs is an
