ASHA Engagement & Community Coordination\nExperiencein mentoring and supervising Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) to\nimprove HBNC visits, immunization coverage, and TB screening outputs.\n\nBuildculturally sensitive and inclusive approaches to ensure equitable\nparticipation.\n\n5. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nLiaiseeffectively with District/Sub-Divisional Administration, Health\nDepartment, and development partners.\n\nBuildand maintain partnerships to enhance program visibility, credibility, and\nimpact.\n\nAligninterventions with state and national health priorities through\ncollaborative engagement.\n\n8. Monitoring & Evaluation\nTrackASHA performance, analyze field data, and provide actionable feedback to\nimprove service delivery.\n\nConductregular field visits to assess program implementation and provide ongoing\nguidance.\n\nProvidesupportive supervision to block-level teams, ensuring adherence to program\nguidelines and objectives.\n\n10. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing\nDocumentsuccess stories, best practices, and innovative approaches to showcase\nprogram impact.\n\nShareinsights and case studies with the State Program Team for broader\nknowledge dissemination.\n\n11.
