The role will strengthen data quality, generate routine and ad-hoc analyses, support program monitoring and reviews, and enable data-driven decision-making. \nServe as the data-management focal point within the CTD and support NTEP teams in their routine data requirements.\nCoordinate with relevant NTEP stakeholders for Nikshay data access, extraction, compilation, and preparation as per approved requirements.\nSupport CTD in maintaining and organizing datasets, data dictionaries, indicator definitions, and related documentation.\nSupport preparation of datasets and data summaries for CTD monitoring, review meetings, program planning, reporting, and decision-making.\nRespond to routine data queries from CTD teams and support ad-hoc data requests.\nSupport govt. in generating and interpreting routine TB program indicators and trends.\nSupport preparation of tables, charts, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and reporting.\nMaintain appropriate documentation of data requests, data sources, processing steps, and outputs.\nEnsure that patient-level and other sensitive data are handled, stored, and shared in accordance with permissions and applicable data-governance and confidentiality requirements.\nLiaise with relevant technical/data teams to troubleshoot data issues and facilitate timely resolution.\nRequirements\nStrong experience in data management, data quality assurance, and health-program data systems.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\nA Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, MBA, or a related field would be an advantage but should not be mandatory.\nStrong candidates from other disciplines can be considered if they have substantial hands-on experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making.\n8-12 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.\nIdeally 3+ years in a managerial/leadership capacity, managing analysts/data professionals and owning analytics projects end-to-end.\nProficiency in Excel, Python and SQL\nPrior experience to work with large and complex datasets and undertake data cleaning, validation, transformation, and basic analysis.\nStrong understanding of health information systems and routine program monitoring data.\nKnowledge of TB/NTEP and Nikshay will be highly preferred.\nAbility to translate programmatic questions into data requirements and communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, particularly in working with government counterparts.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive data requests.\nUnderstanding of data privacy, confidentiality, access controls, and responsible handling of patient-level data.\nExperience working in a government technical support unit, or public health program will be an advantage.\nBenefits\nWadhwani AI - Full Time Employee Benefits (Not applicable for Intern or Contract Roles)\nInsurance Benefits - Medical Insurance, OPD Coverage, Accidental Insurance, Life Insurance.\nWellness Program - Employee Assistance Program, Annual Health Check-Ups, Onsite Medical Centers, Emergency Support System.\nParental Support - Maternity Benefit, Travel Reimbursement for Expectant Mothers during Last Trimester, Paternity Benefit, Day Care Support Program\nMobility Benefits - Travel Policy, Relocation and Deputation benefits\nStatutory Benefits - Employee PF Contribution, Gratuity, Leave Encashment\nOther Benefits - Unlimited Leave Policy, Professional Development Policy, Referral Bonuses, Internet and Telephone Allowance.\nWe care deeply about the well-being of our employees and their families.
