Data integration & pipelines\nIntegrate data from product, field, program and finance systems.\n\nBuild and maintain data pipelines required for recurring PI&A reporting.\n\nTransform and structure data for use in dashboards, MIS and analytical outputs.\n\nEnsure data flows reliably from source systems into reporting environments and dashboards.\n\nWork with data owners to understand source-system definitions and resolve data issues.\n\n2. Dashboard development\nDevelop and maintain leadership and program dashboards.\n\nTranslate reporting and analytical requirements into intuitive dashboard designs.\n\nBuild dashboards that enable users to monitor KPIs, trends and performance in near real time where appropriate.\n\nEnsure dashboards are easy to navigate and provide the right level of detail for different users.\n\nMaintain and improve existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving program requirements.\n\n3. Automated reporting & data quality assurance\nAutomate recurring reports and data refreshes with reliable reporting schedules and data-refresh routines.\n\nSupport automation of the monthly MIS and other recurring reporting processes to reduce manual data consolidation and reporting effort.\n\nMonitor automated processes and resolve refresh or pipeline failures, with regular data-quality checks across source and reporting datasets.\n\nIdentify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, missing data and pipeline errors.\n\nMaintain documentation for data sources, transformations, metrics and dashboards.\n\nEstablish clear data definitions and ensure consistent KPI calculations.\n\n4. Data access & governance\nManage dashboard and data access in line with DPDP rules and internal data policies.\n\nEnsure appropriate permissions for different user groups.
