The role sits between research, implementation and stakeholder management: you will analyse data and literature, engage with government and field stakeholders, and turn findings into clear briefs and recommendations as policy landscaping, stakeholder engagement and government-facing outputs\nResearch & Analysis (25%)\nConduct literature and evidence reviews.\nCollect, clean, and analyse quantitative and qualitative dat\nSynthesise findings into actionable insights through presentations, dashboards, and concept notes.\nPolicy Analysis (25%)\nAnalyse policy, regulatory, and institutional landscapes.\nReview government policies, guidelines, and consultation papers.\nAssess policy options and evaluate their implementation feasibility.\nStakeholder Engagement (20%)\nSupport engagement with government officials, development partners, and other stakeholders.\nCoordinate, prepare for, and document meetings, workshops, and consultations.\nBuild and maintain day-to-day relationships with key partners.\nWriting & Communication (25%)\nDraft policy briefs, research reports, concept notes, presentations, and proposals.\nTranslate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and accessible communication for diverse audiences.\nDevelop high-quality written materials to support policy advocacy and program objectives.\nProgram & Team Support (5%)\nCoordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nSupport internal knowledge management and documentation.\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives and other program activities as required.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in any discipline.\n1-3 years of relevant work experience; research assistantships and fellowships will be considered as relevant experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and at least one analytical tool such as Stata, R, or Python.\nExperience with qualitative research methods, including interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and thematic coding.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.
