Responsibilities\nPlan and execute risk-based internal audit engagements covering financial and operational processes.\n\nEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, deficiencies, process gaps, and potential risks; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.\n\nPrepare audit reports outlining findings, risk implications, and practical recommendations.\n\nFollow up on agreed corrective actions and assess their implementation.\n\nReview business processes, including procurement, inventory, fixed assets, expenses, and other relevant operational and financial activities.\n\nCoordinate with process owners to obtain audit evidence and discuss findings.\n\nMaintain accurate audit documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of internal audit practices.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n3–7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or External Audit.\n\nSolid knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance.\n\nPractical experience in audit planning, fieldwork, control testing, working papers, and audit reporting.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\n\nERP exposure is an advantage.\n\nCIA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, FMCG, or other complex operational environments is preferred.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA detail-oriented auditor who can independently execute audit assignments, identify root causes, communicate findings professionally, and recommend effective improvements to business processes and internal
