Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.\nAre you interested in international logistics and enjoy making sure that every detail of a delivery comes together at the right time?\nWe are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Kampen, Netherlands for an 18-month position. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end outbound delivery of spare parts to customers around the world, working closely with colleagues, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure shipments arrive safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international trade requirements.\nYou will be part of an energetic, international team where collaboration, accuracy, and the ability to respond to changing priorities are key.\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs a Delivery Coordinator, you will:\nCoordinate outbound spare parts shipments from order readiness through to delivery.\nWork closely with freight forwarders to identify suitable transport solutions and support timely customer deliveries.\nPrepare and manage export, transport, customs, and commercial documentation, including invoices and Certificates of Origin.\nEnsure shipments comply with customer requirements and applicable import and export regulations.\nSupport daily outbound operations, including assisting drivers and checking end-of-day cargo manifests in SAP and the Transport Management System (TMS).\nAct as a key point of contact for customers and internal and external stakeholders, providing information on delivery status, shipping documentation, and freight cost estimates.\nCollaborate with sales, warehousing, customs compliance, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues and maintain a high standard of delivery performance.\nParticipate in the team's on-call rotation for a limited number of weekends per year, supporting particularly urgent spare parts deliveries.\nTo be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:\nA BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or a comparable educational background.\nSolid knowledge of Incoterms, logistics, and transportation.\nPrevious experience in using SAP and Transport Management Systems.\nProven experience in delivery coordination and export documentation.\nExperience with delivery coordination, export processes, and shipping documentation.\nA background in logistics, with experience in shipment and delivery coordination.\nPrevious experience in handling logistics for Hazardous materials.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and international work environment.\nGood attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.\n\nFlexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and rotate responsibilities within the team.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nWhy you and us?\nYou are valued - as your true self.
