The preferred location for this position is in Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid work but it will be required to also be in place since you will work closely with test run and testing & validation expertise. In engine laboratories, production and with laboratory engines and systems.\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs a Development Engineer/Engine Expert you will work with engine Ancillary and Auxiliary systems. The tasks can be adjusted, aligned based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of R&D Ancillary team which work in close co-operation with the marine and energy business teams. Due to the wide area with process systems also expanding outside of engine, contact with also external customers will be possible and needed, eg shipyards.\nYour work will focus on these responsibilities:\nWorking with Low pressure liquid fuel, Lubricating oil. Compressed air and Cooling water systems\nCarrying out System process design, component selections and dimensioning.
