We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nYour Key Responsibilities\nPortfolio & Design\nMaintain the thruster portfolio for assigned product groups\nCreate and review 3D models and drawings; cross-check designs across product groups\nSupport product updates, improvements, and phase-in/phase-out\nProduct Data & Quality\nKeep product structures, configurations, and documentation accurate in Teamcenter\nEvaluate nonconformities with production, suppliers, and Technical Services\nContribute to cost-saving and product improvement initiatives\nMaintain and develop internal engineering guidelines and processes.\nCollaboration & Improvement\nLink Product Development and Project Engineering to ensure product readiness\nAct as engineering contact for local production and suppliers; align closely with Drunen\nDrive standardization and use digital tools (PLM/PDM, scripts, dashboards) to improve efficiency\nYour Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical / marine engineering or related field\nProficiency in 3D modelling, preferably using Siemens NX or another 3D CAD program.
