We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nWe are always on the lookout for a talent with a growth mindset - are you the one?\nWe are looking for a Field Service Coordinator with a main responsibility in handling and coordinating service activities connected to our product’s/system deliveries and to our installed base service support.\nThe preferred location for this position is Stord, Norway.\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs a Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:\nCoordinate service activities for product/system deliveries and installed base support as part of a global team. \nEnsure targets for planning, execution, quality, and HSE in field service works are met. \nOversee field service jobs from start to finish, including reporting and financial follow-up. \nContribute to the development of HSE processes, tools, competency, and working methods. \nContinuously update internal company tools for field service management and reporting. \nPlan and control field service jobs and projects, ensuring quality preparations and execution. \nFocus on completing field service works on time and within budget and strategy. \nAs a Service Coordinator, you will be on the front line of our customer service. Your work will include handling PO`s and service orders. Following up towards customer expectations and supporting allocated Wartsila recourse on ongoing jobs. You ensure that we meet the targets of field service works related to planning, execution, quality, and HSE.\nThe tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of a coordination team with diverse expertise.\nYour work will focus on these responsibilities:\nCustomer needs \nCustomer expectations \nService deliveries \nPlanning, execution, quality, and HSE. \nFinancial following up on service orders \nTo be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:\nTechnical education or education within economics, business or similar \nPreferably with previous experience as service coordinator and/or project coordination/management within marine industry or similar. \nIt is an advantage to be familiar with electrical & automation products and operations. \nGood communication skills in English and Norwegian, written and spoken. \nNorwegian passport and driver’s license. \nWhy you and us?\nWe at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
