Want to join the ride?\nField Service Engineer, E&A\nJob Purpose\nProvides technical engineering support and executes field service activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is remote-based in Puerto Rico.\nKey Accountabilities\nPerforms technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.\nProvides technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring the reliability of products in operation.\nCollaborates across multiple customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities and share expertise, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and contributing to service delivery excellence.\nParticipates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nMaintains accurate records and reports on field service activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.\nKnowledge and Experience:\nPossesses practical knowledge of field service operations and technical expertise in relevant equipment and systems.\nInnovation and Change: Identifies and implements improvements to service processes based on operational performance and customer feedback. Solves technical issues based on established guidelines.\nTeamwork and Leadership: Works independently and provides support to peers, contributing to the team's overall service delivery.\nCommunication and Networking: Communicates effectively with customers and team members to resolve service issues and meet operational requirements.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis position requires a high level of travel (approximately 60%), including domestic and international assignments, both onshore and offshore.\nAs part of the recruitment process, certain roles will be subject to pre-employment conditions, which can include - but are not limited to - reference checks, background screening (criminal record, education, and employment verification), fit-to-work medical assessments, and confirmation of eligibility to work in US.\nCandidates for regular U.S and Puerto Rico positions must be a U.S. citizen, national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee with valid work permit or temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1160(a) or 1255a(1).
