We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nWe are looking for a FS Admin Coordinator to join our team and contribute to building a more sustainable future.\nThe position is temporary (6 months), and the preferred location for this position is in Gdańsk, Poland with a hybrid work model.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs an FS Admin Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing work cards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.\nYour responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:\nFCISB process control.\nEnsuring on-time invoicing for our 2-stroke business.\nCCS manual invoicing.\nSupporting FS Coordinators when needed.\nReviewing travel reports.\nThe below will enable you to succeed in this role:\nM. Sc. or B. Sc. in relevant educational field.\nKnowledge of and experience with our Parts and Field Service business unit.\nFluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.\nThe ability to work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks.\nExperience of working in SAP.\nA good eye for detail.\nExcellent communication skills.\nWhy you and us?\nYou are valued - as your true self.
