Want to join the ride?\nEstamos buscando un Técnico de O&M para unirse a nuestro equipo en la provincia de Salta, Argentina.\nComo Técnico de O&M realizarás tareas de operación y mantenimiento propio de la Central Térmica, cumpliendo turnos rotativos de acuerdo con los estándares del Cliente y la Compañía, así mismo ejecutarás tareas de mantenimiento planificadas y de contingencia operacional durante el turno de trabajo.\nPrincipales responsabilidades:\nOperar y mantener la central durante el turno de trabajo en cumplimiento de los estándares del cliente y la compañía.\nEjecutar tareas de operación y asistir al Supervisor de Turno.\nCumplir con todos los procedimientos e instrucciones relativos a la puesta en marcha, shut-down y normal operación de la central y sus equipos auxiliares.\nCompletar y actualizar todos los registros operacionales (check lists, energía producida) en modo claro y conciso.\nBrindar asistencia durante la ejecución de las acciones correctivas producidas por perturbaciones de la red.\nComunicar en modo efectivo las condiciones de todos los equipos que componen la central, como así también cualquier desvío/perturbación de las condiciones normales, al Supervisor de Turno.\nVigilar los estados de alarmas / parámetros de los motores y sus auxiliares, Interpretar y analizar, junto con el Supervisor de Turno, las tendencias de datos relativos a los parámetros de los equipos durante el turno.\nCumplir con todas las normas de seguridad incluyendo el bloqueo y señalización de las EEPP y ejecutar los procedimientos de emergencia de modo de proteger al personal y la maquinaria en caso de averías o fallos de los dispositivos de seguridad.\nAsistir en la operación y maniobras de todos los equipos que constituyen la central.\nRealizar las rutinas de inspección operativa para la detección de eventuales necesidades de reparaciones y/o ajustes.\nGenerar WO de trabajos para el equipo de mantenimiento.\nCumplimiento de normativas y gestión de ciberseguridad y Energía en el desarrollo de las actividades de operación de la planta.\nRequerimientos:\nTécnico (químico, mecánico, electricista o electromecánico) acreditando Título emitido por Escuela de Educación Técnica\nExperiencia en tareas de operación y mantenimiento en plantas de producción o generación de energía de servicio continuo.\nExperiencia en grupos electrógenos (deseable)\nConocimiento en sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.\nConocimiento en Sistemas de Gestión Integrado (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).\nExperiencia previa trabajando en altura y por turnos rotativos.\nEspañol - lengua madre (excluyente).\nNivel básico de Ingles (deseable).\nConocimientos de MS Office.\nNociones básicas de programa de operación de la planta (WOIS).\nLast application date: 10/11/2026\nAt Wärtsilä we value, respect and embrace all our differences, and are committed to diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities; everyone can be their true self and succeed based on their job-relevant merits and abilities.\nPlease note that according to Wärtsilä policy, voluntary consent for a security check may be required from candidates being considered for this position, depending on the applicable country.\nThis is Wärtsilä\nWärtsilä is a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets.
