Do You want to join the ride?\nWe are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen the T&V Test Services team.\nThe location for this position is Vaasa.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure sufficient and high-quality communication within the project team, including the main stakeholders\nHave ownership and get others committed in order to reach successful outcome\nSpecify project objectives, requirements, scope and targets with help of project team and important stakeholders to match with the business need\nCreate and maintain project master schedules\nHave ownership of the time schedule and propose actions to reach successful project outcome and deadlines\nEnsure that safety is in focus in all activities \nEnsure that objectives and targets of the project are following the changing requirements originating from the market\nSupport, encourage and steer the project team throughout the project phases such as design, prototyping, documentation, commissioning, testing and validation \nContribute in project management development within Marine Power Supply R&D and Engineering organization.\nRequirements\nAs an ideal candidate, you have the passion to contribute for technical solutions of sustainable fuels and products. You have energy to overcome obstacles and find out alternative ways.\nThe following skills, attitudes and background are beneficial: \nEngineering background (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) \nWillingness to develop own capabilities and contribute to the development of the team \nAbility to set targets and drive changes within the project organization\nAbility to manage conflicts and work in a co-operative way under pressure\nAbility to delegate and prioritize\nExperience of project planning and execution in practise \nProficient MS Project skills \nGood understanding of technology and product development \nExperience of leading projects in an R&D environment\nProject Management experience\nExperience with Agile Project Management Methodologies or Change Management is seen as an advantage\nGood English, Finnish, and Swedish knowledge\nWe offer:\nWe offer you possibilities to further strengthen your project management skills, as well as other capabilities.
