We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nWe are now looking for a\nSubscription Coordinator Fleet Optimisation Solutions\nto join our team working for a better future.\nThe position is temporary (3 months), and the preferred location is in theUK, with a remote work model.\nPurpose of the role:\nAs the FOS Subscription Specialist - Contract Coordinator, your work will focus on supporting the customer, by handling the Agreement, assuring the correct execution of service provision, coordination of contract adjustments and correct billing.\nIn this position you will be reporting to the Manager Subscription Coordination FOS.\nMain accountabilities:\nPreparation of annual reconciliations of Wartsila’s FOS Rolling Flat Fee offering. \nAmending fees as per the contract and issuing of final balance invoices/credits where appropriate. \nFurther Responsibilities: \nDevelop and maintain Customer Satisfaction \nMaintain day-to-day contact with customers, building strong relationships with key-stakeholders through phone- and email and (occasional) customer visits, \nHandling customer inquiries, orders and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, \nAnswer requests and send information to customers (e.g. Consumption Information) \nUpdate relevant customer (account), Service and Opportunity Information in CRM \nBalance capacity and managing priorities in the global team \nSecure process quality and Business Governance practices \nActively contribute to improvement initiatives of processes, tools and applications to increase performance. \nMain Requirements in this role are: \nGood understanding of the impact of our services in the context of customers operations and processes \nProven experience in execution of subscription sales business models \nFluent English spoken and written. \nGood working knowledge of MS Office, ERP-Microsoft Business Central and Wartsila’s FOS offering. \nFurther Knowledge of the environment and products (advantage) \nStrong work ethic \nAble to work independently to fulfil tasks \nOpen to new technology and environment that is in a constant change. \nTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skills. \nIn addition, as an ideal candidate you:\nDrive Wärtsilä Purpose and demonstrate Wärtsilä values \nunderstand the value of collaboration and benefits it brings \nare recognised as a leader with ability to build high performing teams based on trust \nhave high integrity, listen with good intention, appreciate feedback and support people to grow \ncreate clarity on direction and inspire people to take action towards the future goals \nenjoy creating clear business value with a goal-oriented mind-set \nfeel accountable for business impact and act to adjust when performance is not as expected \ndevelop an organization with high passion and drive - while making sure that it is fun doing business\nWhy you and us?\nWe at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
