Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.\nWe are looking for a Workshop Operations Specialist with a main responsibility for preparing, maintaining, and managing mobile tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness for field assignments. The preferred location for this position is in Gothenburg, Sweden.\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs a Workshop Operations Specialist, your work will include preparing, inspecting, maintaining, and tracking mobile tools and equipment used in field operations. You will ensure equipment is complete, properly documented, and ready for deployment while maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests.\nYou'll be working as part of a collaborative and service-oriented Workshop Operations team with diverse expertise.\nAs a Workshop Operations Specialist, you will focus on these responsibilities:\nPrepare, pack, and dispatch tools and equipment for upcoming assignments.\nInspect returned equipment, perform condition checks, and ensure items are restored and ready for future use.\nRegister and update equipment records in SAP and other digital systems.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and report missing or damaged equipment.\nEnsure workshop, storage, and packing areas remain organized, efficient, and compliant with safety requirements.\nRequirements for the position\nMinimum 2 years of experience in machining.\nPractical experience working in a workshop, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment.\nGood computer skills and ability to work with digital systems.\nAbility to communicate effectively in Swedish and English.\nStrong organizational skills with a structured and quality-focused approach to work.\nAs an ideal candidate you might also have…\nExperience using SAP or other ERP systems.\nExperience with equipment handling, warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.\nForklift license or other relevant technical certifications.\nExperience working with asset tracking or tool management systems.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.\nA proactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.\nWhy you and us?\nYou are valued - as your true self.
