This individual serves as a supporting resource and bridge between the Regional Deal Teams, Lending Operations, and the Commercial Product team, seeking feedback for continual advancement of the program. The Analyst partners with the Commercial Product Manager to support customer relationship management (CRM) functions along with Commercial and Business Lending workflows.\nAdditionally, this position will work with Commercial and Business Banking leadership teams to understand business, risk, product, financial and regulatory needs for the department. Along with the key functions listed below, this position will uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on simply being nice when servicing our colleagues and clients.\nKEY FUNCTIONS:\nThe primary functions of this role include:\nSeeking front line feedback as it pertains to Commercial and Business Lending practices. Often this means accumulating information from various regions for comprehensive understanding and evaluation.\nCoordinate front line review and feedback throughout product initiatives, as well as sign off prior to implementation.\nCollaborate with System Administrators and Applications Teams to support product optimization.\nAssist with day-to-day frontline support related to CRM or lending functionalities.\nPartner with Commercial Product Manager to execute all changes with appropriate level of change management and oversight.\nEvaluate initiatives and assist in determining prioritization.\nCreate and maintain internal product guides, charts and workflows in partnership with the Commercial Content and Training teams.\nSpearhead Commercial cleanup projects with limited supervision.\nIdentify KPI’s for initiatives and partner with the analytics team to create ongoing tracking/reporting.\nAssist with User Acceptance testing in collaboration with the Commercial Product Business Analyst.\nQualifications\nExperience:\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferably in Commercial Banking or Lending.\nExcellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and advanced customer relations skills.\nStrong technical aptitude to learn and understand banks identified systems including but not limited to, nCino (Salesforce), DNA, Built, CoStar integrations, API’s, etc.\nAbility to quickly determine functional needs from non-technical conversations with users and use analytical skills and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to make sound business recommendations.\nAnalytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information to details\nListening skills, understand what people say, probe when appropriate and help them articulate their true needs\nGraphics & modeling experience a plus, to represent requirements information in graphical forms (flow charts, swim-lanes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)\nMust be team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.\nBenefits\nAt WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!\nPaid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays\nHealth insurance\nStock options\nBonus programs\n401(k) plan\nPaid Parental Leave\nLife and AD&D insurance\nLong-term disability\nTuition Reimbursement\nEmployee assistance programs\nPre-tax health and dependent-care spending plans\nWaFd Bank Benefits Summary - Click here for more information\nEEO Statement\nWe are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
