May include cross sell opportunities, including Commercial Card, Merchant Services, Investment vehicles.\nAlong with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that Washington Federal places on simply being kind when servicing our co-workers and WF clients.\nKEY FUNCTIONS:\nProvides product knowledge expertise during sales calls with potential and existing clients.\nProvides effective sales culture leadership for the profitable expansion of Deposit and Treasury Management relationships to support strategic growth.\nResponsible for self-sourcing Treasury-focused and deposit-focused book of business. May include cross sell opportunities, including Commercial Card, Merchant Services, Investment vehicles.\nPartners with Relationship Managers and Small Business Bankers to prepare for new client calls and to identify new sales opportunities with existing clients.\nMaintain and develop a strong network, to include sourcing independent treasury opportunities.\nWrites professional quality proposals and respond to formal RFP's.\nDeliver excellent customer service to both external clients and internal colleagues throughout the bank.\nConduct internal and external training sessions on product changes and Treasury Management.\nMaintain knowledge base of current and emerging business and Treasury Management products.\nEnsure the accurate implementation and servicing of all deposit and Treasury Management relationships.\nUpdate Relationship Managers regarding critical developments in customer relationships.\nWork with operations, servicing, and product support personnel to ensure successful client on-boarding, customer satisfaction and ongoing support.\nComplete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by manager.\nThis position will be asked to provide coverage locally as well as throughout the state and potentially in other state(s). Occasional travel will be required.\nLead effective relationship reviews identifying additional opportunities to expand services and revenue.\nAdhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.\nQualifications\nEducation/Skills/Training:\nPosition requires a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in finance and/or accounting preferred. \nMust possess a thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures & Bank/TM products. \nMust have a good math aptitude and be proficient in MS Office. \nMinimum of 5 years cash/treasury management sales experience in a financial environment.
