You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to implement, troubleshoot, and support cloud security solutions.\n\nYou don't need to be a pure Project Manager. We are looking for someone with a strong background in networking, cloud security, firewalls, proxies, or security technologies who is also comfortable communicating with customers and managing multiple projects.\n\nExperience with Netskope is a strong advantage, but candidates with experience in similar technologies such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or other SASE/SSE platforms are welcome to apply.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nManage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff to completion.\n\nWork with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and deployment needs.\n\nLead or support technical meetings, workshops, and implementation sessions.\n\nConfigure, implement, and troubleshoot cloud security solutions.\n\nWork with technologies such as SASE, SSE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP.\n\nSupport traffic steering, proxy, PAC file, VPN, IPsec/GRE tunnel, and SSL/TLS configurations.\n\nTroubleshoot connectivity, latency, traffic steering, PAC file, SSL inspection, and security policy issues.\n\nCoordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Professional Services, and Partners to keep projects moving.\n\nTrack project activities, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables.\n\nHandle customer questions and technical issues and escalate when needed.\n\nSupport customers during implementation and hyper-care after deployment.\n\nCoordinate with global teams when additional technical support is required.\n\nHelp identify improvements to technical implementation and customer delivery processes.\n\nMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach when representing the company.\n\nFollow established security, implementation, and project delivery processes.\nQualifications\n\n What We're Looking For\n\n Technical Experience\n\n 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:\n\n Cloud Security\n\n Network Security\n\n Network Engineering\n\n Firewall Administration\n\n Proxy / Gateway Technologies\n\n Cybersecurity\n\n SASE / SSE\n\n Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.\n\n Good understanding of networking concepts such as:\n\n TCP/IP\n\n DNS\n\n Routing\n\n VPN\n\n Firewalls\n\n Security Groups\n\n Proxy\n\n SSL/TLS\n\n Familiarity with SASE/SSE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, or DLP.\n\n Experience with IPsec/GRE tunnels, PAC files, traffic steering, or SSL inspection is a plus.\n\n Netskope experience is highly preferred, but experience with similar security platforms is welcome.\n\n Project & Customer Skills\n\n Experience handling customer implementations, technical projects, or client accounts.\n\n Comfortable managing several tasks or projects at the same time.\n\n Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.\n\n Comfortable communicating directly with customers and technical teams.\n\n Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\n Able to explain technical issues in a simple and clear way.\n\n Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\n Willing to learn new technologies and processes.\n\n Nice to Have\n\n Netskope certifications or hands-on Netskope experience\n\n Zscaler, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco experience\n\n SASE/SSE implementation experience\n\n Cloud security certifications\n\n Experience supporting customers in Australia or New Zealand\n\n Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements such as Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), New Zealand Privacy Act, GDPR, PCI, or
