This role will be responsible for facilitation and leadership to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Waiakea’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.\nSchedule & Hours:\n Current Schedule (Upon Hire): Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, plus one Saturday overtime shift per month.\n Upcoming Schedule (Effective November 1, 2026): We are transitioning to a 24/7 operation! You will move to a 12-hour Pitman rotating schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
