You will move to a 12-hour Pitman rotating schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Adjust machine as necessary to gain or maintain compliance\nStop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, troubleshooting as necessary and communicating with supervision and maintenance as necessary\nRecord production and test data regularly, cycle time, and total bottles filled during shift\nReplenish packaging supplies, such as caps, gloves, and cleaning supplies\nPerform regular product quality checks, ensuring product meets specifications\nPerform basic machine cleaning procedures\nBlow Mold Operator\nUnderstands blowing process and adjusts the equipment process to produce a quality bottle and prevent defects\nDiagnoses and corrects operation issues i.e., broken oven lamps, incorrectly fed preforms, discharge jams, etc.\nMaintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machine\nEnsures that the machine and associated equipment is changed over in an efficient and accurate manner.\nUnderstands the equipment flow process/standard work order process\nAccesses, understands, monitors, and corrects machine alarm conditions\nLabel Machine Operator\nCheck labels on bottles periodically\nEnsure labels match the product currently running\nEnsure/verify laser code is correct\nPull damaged labels and bottles off the line\nLoad labels on machine when needed\nDocument product start times and label rolls used per shift\nEnsure we labels are properly applied every 20 minutes by visually inspecting random bottles leaving the labeler\nWhen changing products must complete a process changeover form to ensure changeover is complete\nEnd of Production Line Operator\nOperates and maintains end of line Case Packer and Palletizer\nDemonstrates the ability to operate End of Line stations of assigned production line effectively and safely\nEfficiently inspects cases for proper gluing by conducting a tare test every hour\nClear product jams for production line\nEnsures cases are properly stacked on pallets\nLoad boxes onto case erector\nFill glue pots for box former and closer\nRequirements\nComplies with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules and requirements.\nRequired to continuously stand, walk, reach with arms & hands\nRequired to continuously use hands to handle product, materials, and machine\nRequired to frequently twist, bend, stoop, lift, climb and balance\nRequired to frequently lift and or move 10-20 pounds, lift and or move 20-30 pounds with reasonable accommodation, lift and or move 40-50 pounds with the aid of a co-worker and/or reasonable
