You will design integrated airport IT solutions, lead technical components of RFP responses, and coordinate WAISL and partner capabilities into coherent, defensible offerings.\nThis role requires strong operational understanding of airport IT ecosystems and the ability to translate that knowledge into practical, executable architectures.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop end-to-end solution designs across airport IT environments\nIntegrate systems including AODB, Common Use (CUPPS/CUSS), BHS interfaces, security and screening systems, network and data centre infrastructure, and operational coordination platforms (APOC/AOCC)\nEnsure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and implementable\nOwn the technical components of RFP/RFI submissions\nTranslate customer requirements into structured solution architectures\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and integration constraints early\nParticipate in solution defence, technical workshops, and clarifications\nWork with WAISL global teams and third-party vendors to build cohesive solutions\nStructure multi-vendor architectures into a single accountable design\nIdentify relevant ecosystem partners aligned to specific opportunities\nRepresent WAISL in technical and operational discussions with airport stakeholders\nEngage confidently with executives, IT managers, and operations teams\nArticulate solution positioning clearly and professionally\nRequired Experience\n6-10 years' experience in airport IT or aviation technology environments\nDirect exposure to leading aviation IT providers\nProven involvement in at least one complex airport tender from response through delivery\nStrong understanding of airport IT landscapes and operational systems\nExperience presenting technical solutions to customers\nWhat Will Differentiate You\nPractical knowledge of how airport systems operate in live environments\nExperience navigating multi-stakeholder airport ecosystems\nAbility to balance technical depth with commercial reality\nComfort operating in an expansion-stage regional team\nLocation & Eligibility\nBased in SEA region\nValid right to work in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship provided)\nFamiliarity with SEA airport markets preferred\nTravel & Working Model\nRegular travel for customer meetings, workshops, and solution presentations\nAbility to travel on short notice during active tender and delivery phases\nComfort operating in customer environments and representing WAISL in person when required\nWhy This Role Matters\nWAISL's success in SEA depends on strong local technical capability.
