We’re just getting started, and we need your help.\nThe roleWe’re looking for a Content & Campaign Manager to own and execute our content strategy, strengthen our brand narrative and generate demand across the B2B buyer journey.\nThis is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll own the content lifecycle from planning and ideation to writing, publishing and optimization. You’ll create content across our website, blog, LinkedIn and campaigns, balancing brand-building storytelling with content designed to generate and convert leads.\nYou’ll be part of a small marketing team and collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, designers, web developer and external SEO agency.\nWhat you'll ownContent & Copywriting: Own our editorial calendar and create high-quality content across our website, blog, LinkedIn, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email nurture flows and campaigns.\nDemand Generation & SEO: Create content across the funnel that supports lead generation, ABM and outbound initiatives. Work closely with our SEO agency to turn keyword research and performance insights into compelling content that drives organic growth.\nBrand & Thought Leadership: Guard Waitwhile’s tone of voice and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Own our organic LinkedIn presence and help develop thought leadership together with internal experts.\nPerformance & Optimization: Follow content performance and use insights to continuously improve what we create. You’ll also coordinate external content production and ensure agency deliverables meet our editorial and brand standards.\nWhat skills you need Must-haves:\n5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital communication or B2B copywriting\n\nExcellent writing, editing and storytelling skills in English\n\nExperience creating content for websites, blogs, landing pages and social media\n\nExperience creating B2B content that supports lead generation and different stages of the buyer journey\n\nExperience managing professional social media, particularly LinkedIn\n\nComfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on content creation\n\nHigh ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment\n\nCurious and hands-on with AI, constantly exploring smarter ways to create, iterate and scale great content.\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience from B2B SaaS or a scale-up environment\n\nFamiliarity with HubSpot, marketing automation and headless CMS\n\nExperience collaborating with external SEO or content agencies\n\nSome experience with PR, such as press releases or media communications\n\nA great place to work❤️We want Waitwhile to be an incredible place to work.
