members.\nWymagania\nMinimum 8 years of experience in the engineering industry.\nAt least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams.\nProficiency in one of the following programming languages: GoLang, Java, Scala, JavaScript or PHP.\nExperience with ReactJS and/ or GoLang is as big plus.\nCan-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.\nUnderstanding of developer experience (DX) and familiarity with concepts such as SLO (Service Level Objectives) and SLI (Service Level Indicators).\nExperience with metrics used by development teams.\nStrong command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with international teams.\nStrong desire for continuous learning and development.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.\nTech
