If you approach life with #ENERGY, value #HONESTY AND OPENNESS, focus on #CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING and #COLLABORATION at work, carry out your tasks with high #EFFICIENCY and #RESPONSIBILITY, and want to play a key role in making us #INNOVATIVE - join us!\nKey Responsibilities:\nReact Development Ownership: Take the lead in building and maintaining frontend applications with an emphasis on modularity, performance, and user experience.\n\nSystem Thinking: Understand and navigate a complex system that processes travel data from hundreds of sources across 7 countries.\n\nTech Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers (Symfony, PHP, Go), data engineers, and product owners.\n\nMentorship & Reviews: Share your knowledge, review code with empathy, and support teammates in growing.\n\nQuality Engineering: Write tests, advocate for best practices, and be pragmatic about trade-offs between speed and maintainability.\n\nAgile Rituals: Participate actively in dailies, retrospectives, and planning meetings.\n\nRequirements:\nMin. 7 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.\n\nProfficiency inNext.js.\n\nExperience in writing frontend unit and integration tests.\n\nKnowledge of web accessibility rules and standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) and experience building accessible user interfaces.\n\nStrong focus on frontend performance, with hands-on experience optimizing Core Web Vitals\n\nExperience building and maintaining high-traffic, large-scale ecommerce applications, with attention to performance under load and at scale.\n\nExperience working with design systems and component libraries, maintaining consistency and reusability across the UI.\n\nExperience in designing and consuming REST services.\n\nProficient in using Chrome DevTools.\n\nStrong communication skills in English (min. B2).\n\nGood self-organization skills.\n\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity and code quality.\n\nNice to have:\nSEO/SEA experience.\n\nExperience with Playwright or other automated e2e set up.\n\nFamiliarity with any backend language.\n\nPractical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Docker containerization.\n\nKnowledge of UX/UI concepts, user-centric thinking, familiarity with Figma or similar.\n\nExperience with maintaining and refactoring legacy (or mature) codebases.\n\nWhat do we offer:\nWorkplace safety and comfort:\nEmployment based on an employment contract or B2B,\n\nFlexible work model: remote or hybrid from Gdańsk, Warsaw or Wrocław.
