Provides weekly/monthly/yearly reports on OEL programs and services. Develops and maintains OEL Data Dashboard.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)\nConsiderable knowledge PowerSchool/Infinite Campus, Every Child Accountability & Tracking System (ECATS), and Canvas;\nConsiderable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access; Google Apps; Office 365;\nConsiderable knowledge of federal, state, and local program requirements;\nConsiderable knowledge of database systems;\nEffective time management skills;\nDetail oriented with ability to work under pressure with complex data;\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback;\nAbility to analyze and organize data within large, complex databases;\nAbility to work independently and complete tasks;\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, community partners, vendors, and contractors.\n\nEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE\nAssociate’s degree in information systems, business administration, programming, or equivalent work experience; \nThree years of experience in database management or experience in a related field.\n\nAn equivalent combination of education and relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.\nCERTIFICATION AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS\nMust hold and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license according to the State of NC requirements.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience with NC App database;\nExperience with Bridgecare Application.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsures the accuracy of the current and historical databases in the OEL.\nProvides weekly/monthly/yearly reports and spreadsheets on OEL programs and services. \nResearches and performs data analysis to disseminate specialized reports.\nResearches and analyzes district maps, capacities and comparison of Pre-K programs.\nMaintains and analyzes Teaching Strategies Gold data.\nDevelops and updates OEL Data Dashboard.\nWorks with other departments to establish and maintain kindergarten readiness data.\nPerforms backup data entry into collaborative system for Pre-K student placement.\nProcesses preschool student data changes.\nServes on Wake Pre-K Collaborative with NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (NC DCDEE), Telamon Head Start, and Wake County Smart Start.\nAssists in compiling and analyzing screening and placement data.\nCollaborates with community partners (NC DCDEE, Telamon Head Start, and Wake County Smart Start), to analyze shared data.\nEnters and maintains Parent Powered enrollments.\nPerforms other related duties, as assigned.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, and copiers. The position, at times, must be able to come into direct contact with school system staff, staff members of external funding agencies, and the community. Work is considered light physical work, requiring the exertion of up to ten pounds of force.
