chase gaps and lock versions before issue.\nApply KSA tender practice: Etimad / government portals, SAP Ariba and similar buyer portals, bid bonds, performance bonds, Nitaqat and Saudization implications for proposed teams, and Arabic/English document sets.\nBuild and maintain a reusable proposal library and a lessons log after each submission.\nSupport clarifications, presentations, and post-submission queries; hand a clean commercial and scope file to delivery at award.\nFlag no-bid early when scope, bonds, licensing, or named key staff cannot be met.\nRequirements\n5+ years in Saudi Arabia producing or managing bids for PMC, CM, cost, or engineering services.\nProven submissions to developers, government, or semi-government buyers in KSA.\nStrong English;
