Also directly\nsupervises up to 100 hourly employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in\naccordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training\nemployees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and\ndisciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nManager will be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Travel up to 50% to inspect assigned accounts/posts\nor corporate travel as needed.\nPerforms administrative activities associated with the effective management of assigned account\noperations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving data for reports;\nPartners with Human Resources to ensure thorough training of all assigned employees in the\narea of client, company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.\nCoordinates and/or conducts site-specific OJT, client-specific training, and annual refresher\ntraining for security personnel, as well as meets corporate training standards;\nMeets all contractual scheduled hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
