Maintains accurate documentation of inspections, compliance evaluations, deficiencies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality assurance requirements.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvides functional oversight and compliance guidance to supervisory personnel assigned to facilities. Monitors operational performance and compliance across assigned locations and provides management with information regarding the status of posts, personnel, training, documentation, and adherence to requirements. Assists supervisory personnel with corrective actions and follows up on identified deficiencies to support timely remediation. Goal- and detail-oriented.\nInitiative - Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nConducts regular site visits to assigned facilities to observe operations and evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, General Orders, Post Orders, contract requirements, and established operational standards.\nPerforms inspections of posts, Security Officers, documentation, and operational practices to verify compliance with applicable requirements.\nReviews documentation and records to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.\nMonitors operational performance across locations and identifies deficiencies, inconsistencies, and areas requiring corrective action.\nProvides guidance and support to Site Supervisors and other supervisory personnel regarding compliance requirements and established operational practices.\nAssists supervisory personnel with the development and implementation of corrective actions in coordination with the Account Manager.\nMonitors identified deficiencies and follows up to ensure timely remediation and consistent implementation of corrective actions.\nVerifies that required training, employee qualifications, and operational practices are implemented consistently across assigned locations.\nMaintains accurate and timely documentation of site inspections, compliance evaluations, identified deficiencies, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.\nCommunicates compliance concerns, operational deficiencies, and other matters requiring attention to the Account Manager and appropriate management personnel.\nWorks collaboratively with Account Managers and Site Supervisors to promote consistent application of requirements across all assigned facilities.\nWorks with the CTS when clarification or alignment regarding policies, procedures, or written guidance is necessary.\nDoes not independently interpret, modify, or alter policies or written guidance.\nEnsures compliance activities and documentation are conducted in accordance with applicable Contractor-provided quality assurance requirements.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nThe Field Compliance Officer musthave a minimumof three years of experience in law enforcement, armed security operations, or security compliance. Experience conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and evaluating adherence to policies and procedures is required. \n\n ANDan Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when balanced with equivalent experience. \n\nOTHER QUALIFICATIONS\nWhere applicable:State Security Officer License;\nCertification in the use of weapons\nState Armed License if required;\nCPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be needed.\n\nVehicle operators must be at least 25 years of age and have a driving record with no more than one moving violation\nAbility to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.\nPSYCHOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS\nContractor personnel shall undergo and successfully pass anapproved psychological evaluation before assignment. Employees should demonstrate mental alertness and the capability to exercise good judgment and implement instructions. Evaluation shall show that Contractor personnel have no emotional instability that would interfere with the effective performance of assigned duties in an armed capacity.\nBACKGROUND CHECK\nA comprehensive background check, including a credit check,shall be performed on all candidates before consideration for work under this contract. Background checks should include employment history, education level, credit, and criminal history. Applicants with outstanding warrants, violent criminal history, domestic violence, stalking or harassment, theft, fraud, DUI, reckless driving, or patterns of immoral behavior shall not be considered. \nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos using the English language.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS \nAbility to calculate figures and amounts with basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nCOMPUTER SKILLS \nSome posts may require an individual to know about Internet programs, Word Processing software, or other software as required.\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nCPR/AED/First Aid Certification\nCurrent/valid state driver’s license\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust undergo and successfully pass an approved physical evaluation before assignment. The evaluation shall show that personnel are in good physical condition, have appropriate endurance, are able to protect themselves and others, are able to effectively use firearms and other equipment, areable to function in all applicable environments and climates, and are able to withstand sudden emotional stress and physical exertion. \nMay be required to run, jump, climb, or crawl.\nRequired Abilities: CSSs shall be physically able to perform tasks and/or functions, including, but not limited to, those listed below: Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping up to 12 hours per day, either indoors or outdoors, during daytime or nighttime. Outdoor posts may require an individual to withstand extreme heat, humidity, cold, and/or severe weather (e.g., snow, sleet, rain, hail, wind). \nFrequent contact with the general public, law enforcement, and the dispatch center, requiring an ability to speak clearly and distinctly, and remain calm in stressful situations. \nAbility to remain on post up to four consecutive hours without sitting, eating, or relieving bladder/bowels. \nAbility to remain alert for up to 12 hours, with the ability to mentally and physically react quickly to a variety of unexpected situations. Use of senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch) is necessary to discern unusual or dangerous situations. \nAbility to use post security equipment (including metal detectors, X-rays, CCTV, or similar
