If you are ready to grow your career and be part of our next chapter, we invite you to join us.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Project Manager position is responsible for the overall construction and project performance for commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects. This position provides administrative direction and leadership to project teams, and is key in developing and maintaining positive, long-lasting client relationships.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the planning and implementation of assigned projects.\nMonitor and drive overall project performance including schedule, budget, quality and safety.\nMaintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site staff, and internal project teams.\nReview project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures, and potential construction problems\nManage the permit and approval phase of the development process.\nDevelop and manage budgets and timelines for assigned projects.\nOversee the bidding process and contract negotiations while adhering to Company policies and exemplifying Company values.\nPrepare and issue project tender packages, including customized scopes of work.\nReview quotations and provide bid analyses and recommendations for approval.\nEnsure all required approvals have been received prior to the construction phase.\nDevelop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and provide updates to all stakeholders.\nProvide timely and effective project reporting including monthly project status reports, cost forecasting, cash flows, schedule updates, and safety and quality updates and issues\nProvide direction and support to project coordinators that include training, mentoring, coaching, supervising, and assessing performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPost-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field, equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field, preferably on commercial, institutional, and light industrial construction projects.\nExperience managing complex & multiple projects.\nExperience in developing detailed project plans using project management tools and methodologies.\nStrong planning and execution skills.\nAbility to effectively manage timelines and budgets to ensure delivery of project objectives.\nSuperior analytic, problem-solving, and judgment skills.\nProven track record of developing relationships across multiple levels, in particular, subtrades, consultants, clients, and
