We serve our customers and communities with safe, reliable, and affordable energy services whilst investing to create a sustainable future to deliver our carbon-free vision for 2050.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAt Wales & West Utilities, we’re investing in our people and continuing to build a stronger fully insourced delivery model for the future.\nAs part of this, we are recruiting for a Technician on a 24-month Fixed Term Contract into enhanced, site-based leadership roles, playing a key part in strengthening how we deliver across our worksites, specifically on replacement clusters. These roles provide the opportunity to step into greater responsibility and visibility on site, supporting delivery, maintaining standards, and helping teams perform at their best.\nThis Technician role combines strong technical capability with day-to-day leadership and coordination of site activity.\nYou will play a central role in making sure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the expected standard, working closely with teams, FLM’s and partners to keep delivery on track.
