operational excellence, and engineering modernization initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, business, architecture, security, and technology teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.\nMentor and coach engineers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.\nCommunicate technical recommendations, risks, and solution strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nChampion innovation, governance, DevOps practices, and continuous learning while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.\nServe as a trusted technical expert during critical production support, delivery, and platform reliability engagements.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field\n4-9 years of Software Engineering / Platform Engineering / DevOps experience\nExperience in application development, deployment, and modernization\nExperience leading technical initiatives\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nPreferred
