resolve complex risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\nDrive quality, security, privacy, reliability, automation, reuse, and continuous improvement.\nServe as a trusted expert during critical delivery or operational issues.\nInfluence product, business, architecture, security, data, and technology stakeholders without direct authority.\nMentor practitioners and strengthen capability through reviews, standards, and knowledge sharing.\nCommunicate direction, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership and technical audiences.\nStay current on emerging practices and relevant industry developments.\n\nBasic Qualification\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline\n4 to 9 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a closely related discipline\nExperience with application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and modernization\nExperience leading complex initiatives and influencing decisions without direct authority\nKnowledge of programming languages, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, testing, and secure software development\nExperience collaborating across business and technology teams\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills\nMinimum of 4+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps-focused development roles.\nExperience with enterprise-scale cloud, data, digital, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or customer technology environments\nExperience working with global teams, managed service partners, or distributed delivery models\n\nSkills\nCloud: Azure (Preferred), GCP or AWS\nScripting & Operating Systems: Python,
