to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.\nChampion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.\nDrive Agile delivery by managing sprint planning, execution, estimations, and release commitments.\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks, remove delivery impediments, and ensure predictable project execution.\nSupport production stability by driving root cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous operational improvements.\nRecruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while promoting continuous learning and career growth.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering or development manager role.\nStrong experience building scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nHands-on experience with Kafka, multithreading/concurrency, and distributed systems.\nStrong database expertise with Oracle PL/SQL and relational database design.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.\nProven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex enterprise software projects.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tools.\nExperience in performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability systems.\nKnowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software development.\nExperience working in highly regulated or mission-critical enterprise
