The ideal candidate will drive DevOps transformation by architecting enterprise-grade platforms, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and establishing engineering best practices across cloud and on-premises environments.\n\nResponsibilities: \nArchitect, design, and manage enterprise Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.\nBuild and maintain scalable DevOps platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign secure, highly available, and cost-optimised AWS infrastructure, including networking, IAM, multi-account architecture, and governance.\nDevelop and implement platform automation using Python, Shell scripting, APIs, and infrastructure automation tools.\nManage and optimise large-scale distributed platforms including Kafka, databases, and mission-critical applications.\nDesign resilient infrastructure with high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.\nImplement observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and other distributed monitoring tools.\nEstablish DevOps standards, governance, security best practices, platform architecture, and operational excellence across engineering teams.\nLead cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.\nCollaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and product teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.\nMentor DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership on platform architecture and automation initiatives.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong expertise in designing, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes platforms in cloud and on-premises environments.\nExperience building enterprise DevOps platforms using Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.\nDeep understanding of AWS architecture, networking, security, multi-account strategies, and cost optimisation.\nExperience managing highly available Kafka, database, and application platforms at scale.\nStrong Linux administration, Python automation, Shell scripting, and API integration skills.\nExpertise in observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, and distributed monitoring solutions.\nExperience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable, and disaster recovery-ready infrastructure.\nAbility to establish platform standards, governance, automation strategies, and technical leadership across engineering teams\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.\nExperience with container security and Kubernetes security best practices.\nKnowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd).\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nGood to have: AWS\nSkills\naws, kubernetes,
