performance, database queries, caching strategies, and resource utilisation.\nEnsure software quality through architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.\nMentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, and technology adoption.\nLead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility studies for new initiatives.\nDrive modernisation and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.\n\nRequirements: \nDeep expertise in enterprise software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale platform design.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, databases, and cloud-native technologies.\nProven ability to design highly scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance systems processing millions of transactions.\nExpertise in caching, database optimisation, load balancing, resiliency patterns, and high-availability architectures.\nExperience integrating complex third-party systems, enterprise platforms, APIs, and fragmented technology ecosystems.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation capabilities across application, database, infrastructure, and network layers.\nAbility to define architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and engineering best practices while remaining hands-on.\nProven leadership in mentoring engineers, conducting architecture reviews, driving POCs, and delivering strategic technology initiatives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.\nCloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, healthcare, or other high-volume transaction systems.\nFamiliarity with Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability
