This individual will provide temporary coverage for a team member and will step directly into active client programs, serving as a social strategist and hands-on practitioner across brand social, executive social and influencer marketing.\nThis is a highly client-facing role for someone who can quickly get up to speed on complex B2B businesses, build trusted relationships with clients and account teams, and independently move work from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate has significant agency experience, strong B2B social media expertise and direct experience developing and executing influencer and creator programs.\nThis is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The contractor will work closely with Social Media, PR, Creative, Account Management and other agency teams across multiple client engagements. While this is a temporary position, there may be an opportunity for longer-term employment based on business needs and performance.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a social media lead across several B2B client programs, developing strategies across brand social, executive social and influencer marketing.\nLead client conversations, present recommendations and provide confident strategic counsel on social media programs.\nDevelop social audits, channel strategies, campaign frameworks, content strategies, editorial calendars and other strategic deliverables.\nMap, write and review social content and provide strategic feedback on creative concepts and assets.\nManage social content from planning and approvals through scheduling, publishing and optimization, using tools such as Sprout Social.\nIdentify and evaluate relevant influencers and creators based on audience fit, credibility, content quality, engagement and brand safety.\nManage influencer activations, including campaign briefs, outreach, creator communications, negotiations, content review and execution.\nAnalyze social and campaign performance, establish appropriate KPIs and benchmarks, and turn results into actionable recommendations.\nUse social listening and analytics tools to support reporting, audience research, competitive research and strategic insights.\nDraft polished client communications and independently manage day-to-day client needs, deliverables and deadlines.\nQualifications\n7+ years of professional social media or digital marketing experience within an agency setting. \nStrong B2B social media background, ideally including experience with enterprise, technology or other complex brands.\nHands-on influencer and creator marketing experience is required, including experience working directly with influencers and/or their representatives.\nExperience across brand social and executive social programs, particularly LinkedIn.\nExperience with social media management, listening and analytics tools; Sprout Social experience is preferred.\nExcellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.\nStrong strategic judgment paired with a willingness and ability to execute the day-to-day work.\nHighly self-directed, organized and comfortable stepping into established client programs with limited ramp-up time.\nComfortable managing multiple priorities and working across account teams in a fast-paced agency environment.\nContract Details\nWe strive for salary range transparency in our hiring process.
