You'll own facilities, health and safety, and the people processes behind a growing team. It's a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in an organisation that works, and who follows through on the small things as reliably as the big ones. \nWhat you'll do\nYou'll own facilities and supplier relationships, run front-of-house, and be the first port of call when things need fixing. Health and safety sits with you too, from hazard and incident registers through to running the safety committee and inductions. On the people side, you'll handle onboarding, offboarding, employment agreements, payroll inputs, and the performance cycle.\nYou'll own the office and people systems, act as first line of IT support, and use AI daily to automate and streamline recurring admin and people work.
