You will work closely with capital providers, fellow Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership to develop solutions that streamline deal execution and address the needs of our users.\nIn this role, you will help shape and execute the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve existing capabilities and extend our product offering. You will bring together user needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to help deliver thoughtful, effective solutions and contribute new and innovative ideas to the continued development of WDSuite.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop and drive the product roadmap for your area, guiding critical capabilities from concept through delivery to the customer.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, user needs, and desired outcomes and translate those insights into product solutions.\nTranslate product strategy into clear and detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes that support successful product development.\nServe as Product Owner for assigned scrum team(s), working closely with engineers throughout the development process to deliver high-quality products on time.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership to align product priorities and support effective decision-making.\nEngage with customers and partners to communicate roadmap updates, gather product feedback, and better understand their needs and challenges.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing capabilities and extend the product offering based on customer, partner, and stakeholder feedback.\nApply product management experience and best practices to develop thoughtful, reliable solutions that meet user and business needs.\nMaintain a strong understanding of the end user, including their workflows, needs, and pain points, and incorporate that perspective into product decisions.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the product development process to maintain alignment on priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience\n3+ years of product management or related experience.\nBackground working in an Agile environment and partnering with technical teams to deliver products or capabilities.\nDemonstrated success translating business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.\nProven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, partners, and technical teams.\nReal estate industry and/or financial services technology experience preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong understanding of user needs, workflows, challenges, and pain points, with a focus on incorporating the user perspective into product decisions.\nAgile mindset with a willingness to work iteratively, provide timely feedback, and adapt as needs evolve.\nOwnership and accountability for work and initiatives from concept through delivery.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to developing practical solutions to business challenges.\nClear and effective communication of product concepts, requirements, priorities, and decisions to a variety of audiences.\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working across Product, business, technical teams, customers, and partners.\nWillingness to take on new challenges, recognize opportunities for growth, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.\nStrong organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and user needs.\nThis position has an estimated base salary of $115,000 - $130,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
