You'll have the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work across the firm and help shape decisions at the highest level.\nIf you're looking for a role where you can move beyond operational leadership and play an active part in the future direction of a successful and ambitious law firm, we'd love to hear from you.\nAs the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for:\nDefining and delivering a technology, digital, data and AI strategy that enables the firm's ambitions.\nChampioning innovation and the adoption of new technologies that improve client service and business performance.\nLeading business-critical technology and transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.\nEnsuring the firm's technology, cyber security and data capabilities are robust, secure and future-focused.\nBuilding high-performing teams and strong partnerships across the business.\nProviding strategic leadership as a member of the Executive Board, contributing to the wider success of Walker Morris.\nWhat we are looking for:\nA proven technology leader with experience shaping and delivering enterprise technology strategy within a complex organisation.\nA track record of leading large-scale technology and business transformation, turning strategy into measurable outcomes.\nStrong understanding of data, digital and AI, with experience using technology to drive innovation, efficiency and commercial value.\nExperience overseeing technology operations, cyber security, risk management and business resilience.\nCommercially astute, with experience managing significant technology investment, supplier relationships and strategic partnerships.\nCredibility and confidence operating at Executive or Board level, influencing senior stakeholders and supporting organisational decision-making.\nAn inspiring leader who can build high-performing teams, develop capability and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nIt would be advantageous if you had:\nExperience within a law firm, professional services business or other knowledge-led organisation.\nExperience leading legal technology, client-facing technology or innovation initiatives.\nExperience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot.\nRelevant professional qualifications or certifications.\nSome of our benefits include:\nA competitive salary based on your experience.\nAn annual bonus scheme with the opportunity to earn up to 10% of your salary.\nFree onsite parking.\nAt least 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days with service, with the option to buy up to five additional days' leave each year.\nA workplace pension scheme with a minimum firm contribution of 6%.\nIncome protection cover.\nAccess to Bupa health insurance and health assessments.\nLife assurance of four times your annual salary.\nHybrid and flexible working commensurate with the demands of the role.\nFind out more about working at Walker Morris here.\nWalker Morris is committed to being an inclusive employer.
