If you have a strong growth mindset and an outcome-driven focus, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about building innovative, AI-powered products that make a real impact on how enterprises work, WalkMe is where you want to be!\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value.\n\nDefine and deliver AI-powered capabilities, turning GenAI and agentic technology into features customers actually adopt.\n\nLearn what users really need through interviews, research and product data, and turn those insights into clear priorities and a focused roadmap.\n\nWork closely with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time.\n\nPartner with customers, Sales and Customer Success to understand their needs and drive adoption across our customer base.\n\nDefine success metrics for every feature and track adoption and engagement after launch.\n\nBe the voice of the user in everything you do and help others across the company stay focused on delivering a great experience.\n\nWhat should you bring to the table?\n3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company\n\nStrong technical oriented - a must.\n\nProven track record of taking features from ideation to launch\n\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or similar - preferred\n\nStrong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making\n\nCustomer-facing experience, including presenting to senior stakeholders\n\nProfessional level English - you will be presenting to large native English audiences at least once a quarter.\n\nExperience working with data or analytics products - preferred.\n\nExperience defining and launching AI-driven features- preferred.\n\nProven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release to enable. We are looking for someone who is proficient with product execution and delivery.\n\nSuperb collaboration capabilities.
