This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision, and leadership skills to drive initiatives that address challenges in a dynamic digital environment.\nWhat You Will Do \nDrive the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, user needs, and company objectives.\nCollaborate with engineering, data science, product design, and operations teams to develop and launch innovative products that meet user needs and drive business growth.\nEnsure product quality standards are maintained across all devices, platforms, and applicable use cases.\nAnalyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and strategy.\nLead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\nMonitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and refining products to improve user experience and achieve business goals.\nStay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.\nWhat We’re Looking For \nDemonstrated experience in leading x-functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives in a fast paced environment\nAbility to solve complex problems, assess risks, and carry out well-structured, data-informed reasoning\nDeep user empathy\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in English a must & spanish a plus\nDo note that all our jobs are Barcelona based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
