We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support site operations and customer needs\nAnalyze operational data and communicate status, trends, and exceptions to leadership\nPartner with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and interpret large data sets\nTrack daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics (assignments, releases, inventory, shipments, etc.)\nAct as a point of contact for customers and carriers, ensuring requirements and service expectations are met\nMaintain and update business systems (WITS, spreadsheets) accurately to meet internal and customer KPIs\nMonitor vehicle inventory, movement, and maintenance schedules while supporting continuous improvement opportunities\nCross-trains and performs other administrative functions to include verification of cargo status and locations throughout the production facility.\nOpens, closes, and reconciles production workorders\n WHAT YOU’LL NEED\n2+ years of customer facing experience in a fast-paced office, logistics or operations environment\nIntermediate Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, reporting)\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nAbility to analyze information and make sound, independent decisions\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven setting\nStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills in a diverse environment\nDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset\nEVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE\nLogistics, Dispatch or Shipping experience\n WHEN YOU JOIN US\nAt Wallenius Wilhelmsen, we prioritize your well-being.
