Combining technical expertise with analytical thinking and business understanding, you’ll translate complex questions into practical solutions.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards, interactive and paginated reports, and data models.\nTranslate business requirements into reliable, scalable data products, including well-structured data models and self-service reporting solutions.\nAnalyse data to identify patterns, trends, and deviations, investigate business performance, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate with data engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to deploy and monitor analytics solutions, share knowledge, and support data-driven ways of working.\nUse AI tools and automation to streamline analytical workflows and generate deeper insights, critically evaluating their accuracy and business value.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re a technically strong and curious person with a solid foundation in BI and data analysis. You enjoy understanding how things work, solving problems, and building reliable solutions that create business value. With a strong drive to learn and improve, you’re eager to deepen your skills in advanced analytics, programming, and AI, and turn new knowledge into practical solutions.\nStrong hands-on Power BI expertise, including report development, data modelling, and DAX.\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in SQL, with experience in relational databases, data modelling, and data warehouse concepts.\nA bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s, in engineering, statistics, technology, optimisation, business, or another quantitative field.\nSome programming experience, for example in Python, and an interest in developing these skills further.\nStrong communication skills, a curious and improvement-oriented mindset, and an interest in using AI tools critically and effectively.\nExperience with maritime or shipping data, Microsoft Fabric, GitHub, or dbt is an advantage.\nWhat we offer\nJoin us at our headquarters in Lysaker, Norway, and help shape how data and analytics create value across a global organisation.
