evaluations to support effective candidate selection.\nCoordinate new employee registration processes with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and internal HR systems such as Workday and IDSE Cloud.\nEnsure successful onboarding and integration of new employees according to company policies.\nFollow up on probationary periods and promote effective feedback between employees and their direct supervisors.\nProvide guidance to administrative employees regarding the use of major medical expense insurance benefits.\nEmployee Relations\nProvide guidance and support to managers, supervisors, and team leaders regarding labor relations topics, disciplinary actions, vacations, leaves of absence, and employee management.\nSupport employee termination processes in coordination with operational and administrative areas, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.\nProvide guidance regarding severance processes and final settlements.\nCoordinate communication with Labor Relations and Regional Human Resources Management regarding labor issues, legal matters, audits, and employee relations cases.\nSupport investigations related to workplace environment and employee relations, following established authorization processes.\nConduct training and communication campaigns regarding Internal Work Regulations, Code of Conduct, and Employee Handbook.\nEnsure timely and accurate employee termination processing in Workday.\nPersonnel Administration\nPerform regular site visits to address employee needs and provide HR support related to uniforms, transportation, cafeteria services, payroll, and other personnel requirements.\nMaintain accurate HR system information and ensure compliance with administrative processes.\nCoordinate uniform requests and distribution according to company policies.\nManage employee benefit administration, including major medical expense insurance, life insurance, and related employee services.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing required HR information and documentation.\nFollow up with operational teams regarding employee position changes and job classification updates.\nCoordinate employee engagement and motivation activities with the HR team.\nProvide support and guidance regarding employee benefit claims and procedures.\nTraining and Development\nImplement and follow up on the annual Human Resources training plan.\nEnsure compliance with legal training requirements established by the Mexican Ministry of Labor (STPS).\nPromote employee development through training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.\nPayroll Administration\nReview and coordinate payroll incidents through Kronos according to established payroll schedules.\nValidate the correct application of payroll adjustments, bonuses, deductions, disability documentation, savings fund loans, and other employee payroll-related processes.\nPerform periodic reviews of payroll incident approvals to ensure accurate employee payments.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or HR Manager.\nExperience in personnel administration, recruitment and selection processes, payroll management, labor relations, training, and employee engagement.\nExperience handling labor law compliance, government and private audits, KPI reporting, and employee relations.\nExperience working with union environments is preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills\nStrong knowledge of Human Resources processes and personnel administration.\nKnowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and HR compliance practices.\nExperience with payroll processes and HR systems.\nKnowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nLanguage\nIntermediate to advanced English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional
