Únete a nuestro equipo y contribuye a garantizar un servicio de excelencia mediante el seguimiento de indicadores, reportes y requerimientos de nuestros clientes.\nObjetivo del puesto\nBrindar soporte al área de Atención al Cliente, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de reportes, solicitudes, indicadores, reuniones y requerimientos del cliente, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio de la operación.\nRequisitos\nBachillerato concluido o Licenciatura.\nManejo de Microsoft Office.\nManejo de dispositivos móviles (Smartphone).\nLicencia de conducir vigente y habilidad para conducir vehículos estándar y automáticos.\nDeseable conocimiento de los sistemas WOW y WITS.\nExperiencia\nMínimo 1 año en áreas de Calidad, Atención al Cliente o funciones administrativas relacionadas.\nExperiencia en trato directo con clientes.\nDeseable experiencia en los sistemas WITS y WOW.\nPrincipales responsabilidades\nBrindar atención y seguimiento a los requerimientos del cliente.\nElaborar y administrar reportes operativos y de calidad.\nDar seguimiento a reportes de daños, DPU, unidades inoperantes, pérdidas totales y reportes de embarque.\nApoyar en la actualización de indicadores (KPIs) y seguimiento de hallazgos de calidad.\nBrindar soporte en auditorías internas y con clientes.\nParticipar en reuniones de seguimiento y dar apoyo en la documentación de Issues & Opportunities.\nInformar oportunamente cualquier hallazgo o desviación detectada durante la operación.\nApoyar en actividades adicionales asignadas por la supervisión.\nCompetencias\nExcelente atención y servicio al cliente.\nSentido de urgencia y enfoque en resultados.\nAtención al detalle.\nTrabajo en equipo.\nComunicación efectiva.\nOrganización y seguimiento.\nSolución de problemas.\nToma de decisiones.\nAdaptabilidad y flexibilidad.\nTrabajo bajo presión.\nÉtica profesional y sentido de pertenencia.\nWho We Are\nAt Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you'll join a global leader in shipping and logistics with more than 9,000 colleagues across 28 countries.
