Esta es tu oportunidad de formar parte de una empresa líder donde tu experiencia tendrá un impacto directo en la seguridad de las personas y la excelencia operativa.\n¿Cuál será tu misión?\nLiderar la implementación, administración y mejora de los procesos de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente y Protección Civil, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable, los estándares corporativos y los Sistemas de Gestión ISO 45001 e ISO 14001, contribuyendo a una operación segura, eficiente y sostenible.\nPerfil que buscamos\nLicenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Protección Civil o carrera afín.\nFormación en normatividad STPS, Protección Civil, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.\nDeseable contar con certificación DC5.\nInglés intermedio.\nDisponibilidad para viajar.\nExperiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares dentro de la industria manufacturera, automotriz o logística, con experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.\nConocimientos clave\nLegislación en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.\nNormas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM-STPS) y Protección Civil.\nSistemas de Gestión ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.\nInvestigación de accidentes y análisis de riesgos.\nErgonomía, Higiene Industrial y Seguridad Industrial.\nGestión ambiental, manejo de residuos y cumplimiento legal.\nSeguridad Ferroviaria (AAR/Kansas).\nMetodología 5S.\nMicrosoft Office y análisis de información (Power BI deseable).\nPrincipales responsabilidades\nLiderar la estrategia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente del sitio.\nImplementar y fortalecer el Sistema de Gestión Integrado (ISO 45001 e ISO 14001).\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, normativas corporativas y requerimientos de Protección Civil.\nDiseñar e implementar controles preventivos para minimizar riesgos operativos y ambientales.\nCoordinar evaluaciones de riesgos, investigaciones de incidentes y planes de acción.\nGestionar auditorías internas, acciones correctivas y procesos de mejora continua.\nCapacitar al personal en temas de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y normatividad aplicable.\nBrindar soporte a nuevos proyectos, validando procesos y estándares desde la perspectiva EHS.\nGestionar proveedores y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.\nDar seguimiento al programa anual de Seguridad, Protección Civil y cumplimiento legal del sitio.\nBuscamos a una persona con\nLiderazgo e influencia.\nAlto enfoque en prevención y mejora continua.\nCapacidad analítica y toma de decisiones.\nPlaneación y organización.\nExcelente comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.\nOrientación a resultados y cumplimiento normativo.\nSi buscas un nuevo reto profesional donde puedas generar un impacto en la seguridad de las personas y contribuir al crecimiento de una operación de clase mundial, ¡queremos conocerte!\nWho We Are\nAt Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you'll join a global leader in shipping and logistics with more than 9,000 colleagues across 28 countries.
