to design and deliver new features and technical solutions.\nPromote software engineering best practices, continuously improve development processes, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in software development using any OOP language (C# / Java / PHP / JavaScript / etc.)\nExperience with microservice architecture, REST API, RPC, PostgreSQL, and Docker\nYou have good English and communication skills\nExperience working with agile software development teams\nProblem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently and proactively.\nExperience in working with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS).\nHands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code in real software projects, including implementation, debugging, refactoring, and testing.\nAbility to critically review and validate AI-generated code, taking ownership of its correctness, security, maintainability, and test coverage.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of CI/CD best practices and technologies for software engineering and delivery\nExperience in test methodologies and frameworks\nExperience in financial software development\nKnowledge of security best practices and standards (OWASP, PCI DSS)\nExperience adapting AI coding tools to team workflows through repository
