You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the team's products on hybrid architectures, while also mentoring and coaching less experienced software engineers and defining the future technical direction of our current systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and manage the development lifecycle of the products and ecosystem delivered by the team.\nDefine coding standards and actively enforce their correct adoption across the team\nDevelop architectural designs at the L0, L1, and L2 levels.\nCommunicate solution details clearly to the rest of the team and guide engineers toward correct implementations.\nIdentify and build efficient paths to automate workflows, testing pipelines, and incident response.\nPlan and design the migration of legacy systems to the cloud or hybrid cloud environments.\n What You'll Bring\n8+ years of solid, hands-on coding experience with a primary focus on the Java ecosystem\nDeep knowledge about the Spring Framework and the most used modules\nDeep knowledge of the JDK, the JVM, and the Java language - including collections, data structures, conditionals, and multithreading\nSolid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles\nExperience managing database connections and working with both SQL and NoSQL database engines\nStrong grasp of cloud computing concepts, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and related technologies\nProven experience implementing design patterns and integration patterns\nExcellent ability to independently analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and provide technical leadership\nHighly collaborative mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and explore software in depth\nStrong understanding of the cloud-based software development lifecycle.\nNice to Have\nExperience with JSPs\nFamiliarity with React\nJava/Spring Certification\n Equal Opportunity Employer\nWalmart, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer By Choice.
