By combining strong attention to detail with excellent customer service, the Claims Associate helps protect company assets while contributing to a positive shopping and work environment. this position is for claims, receiving and cash office for weekends.What you'll do...\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nHandle Damaged and Returned Items\nScans damaged and stolen items quickly and correctly to help prevent loss.\nProcess Returns and Vendor Requests\nPrepares returns, vendor requests, recalls, and donation items by completing required paperwork, packing, and shipping on time.\nKeep the Claims Area Safe and Clean\nKeeps the claims area neat, clean, and safe by following proper lifting, ladder use, and chemical disposal procedures.\nFollow Claims Procedures\nFollows Company rules for handling damaged and recalled items, keeps claims up to date, and completes required forms for older claims to reduce chargebacks.\nSupport Store Programs\nCompletes Customer Value Program (CVP) tasks as assigned and follows current systems and processes.\nWork with Other Teams\nProvides support to the Office Support Associate and Directs Store Delivery Associate when needed.\nFlexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)\nBe open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
